You can cancel anytime before your next renewal in your account. Because boxes are made-to-order, we don’t offer refunds once a cycle has been charged, but you can gift/transfer a box by emailing us.

You’re billed on the day you subscribe, then monthly on that same date. Boxes ship in the first week of each month.

Yes—cancel any time before the next renewal in your account, or email us. Skips are possible on request.
