Processing Times

Handmade & Keepsake Items:
Please allow 5–10 working days for your order to be created before dispatch. -
Custom Keepsake Pieces (flowers/ashes):
These items require additional care and time. Processing times will be discussed with you directly, but typically take 2–4 weeks depending on the design. -
Prints & Cards:
Dispatched within 2–4 working days.
