Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalised and handmade nature of these keepsakes, returns and refunds are not accepted once an order has been started.
Each piece is made specifically for you, using the ashes provided, making it completely unique and unable to be resold.
💛 Before production begins: If you change your mind before sending ashes or before I start creating your piece, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to help.
📦 Damaged items: In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and I will resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
🔒 Your peace of mind: Every order is handled with care, respect, and attention to detail to ensure your keepsake is something truly special.

Processing Time
Each piece is handmade to order with care and attention.
Please allow 7 - 10 Working days from receiving the ashes for your keepsake to be completed and posted back to you.
How It Works – Sending Ashes
Once your order is placed, I will personally guide you through the next steps 💛
You will receive a message from me with simple instructions on how to safely send a small amount of ashes.
📦 Sending ashes: Ashes can be sent using a secure, sealed bag or container inside protective packaging. You are welcome to arrange this yourself, or I can advise you on the safest way to do this.
🐾 Only a small amount is needed: I only require a very small portion to create your piece, so you can keep the rest safely with you.
🔒 Handled with care and respect: Your pet’s ashes will always be treated with the utmost respect throughout the entire process.
📮 Unused ashes returned: Any ashes not used will be carefully packaged and returned to you with your finished keepsake.
