Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and I will happily resolve this for you.
Order Changes
If you need to make a change to your order, please contact me as soon as possible. Once your item has gone into production, changes may not be possible.

Shipping Info

Processing Time: Please allow 3–5 working days for your design to be created and prepared.
If you’ve selected a preview, this may take slightly longer depending on response time.
Delivery: Orders are sent via tracked delivery and typically arrive within 2–3 working days after dispatch (UK).
Packaging: Your item will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Product Info
Once your photos are uploaded, we will transform your image into a beautiful custom design in the same style as shown in our product images.
Where possible, a design proof will be sent for approval before printing. However, in some cases, we may proceed without a proof if the design is clear and follows our signature style — ensuring a smooth and quick turnaround.
If we need any extra details, we will contact you via email to make sure everything is perfect.
