As each item is custom made and personalised, I’m unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and I will happily resolve this for you.
Order Changes
If you need to make a change to your order, please contact me as soon as possible. Once your item has gone into production, changes may not be possible.
