How It Works β Sending Your Flowers
Once your order is placed, I will personally guide you through the process of creating your keepsake π
πΏ Sending your flowers: For the best results, flowers should be sent as fresh as possible. The fresher the flowers, the better they preserve in resin and the more vibrant the final piece will be.
If your flowers are already dried, thatβs absolutely fine too β I will work with what you have.
π© Design approval: Before any resin is poured, I will carefully arrange your flowers and send you a design preview for approval. This ensures you are completely happy with the layout before your piece is created.
β³ Creation time: Each piece is handmade and takes time to create properly. Please allow up to 4 weeksΒ from receiving your flowers for your keepsake to be completed and ready for dispatch.
This includes drying (if needed), design, resin layering, and curing time to ensure a high-quality finish.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalised and handmade nature of these keepsakes, returns and refunds are not accepted once an order has been started.
Each piece is made specifically for you, using the ashes provided, making it completely unique and unable to be resold.
π Before production begins: If you change your mind before sending ashes or before I start creating your piece, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to help.
π¦ Damaged items: In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and I will resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
